A Carer is someone who provides unpaid care and support to a friend or family member who cannot manage without their help due to illness, disability, mental health issues, or addiction.
If you are under 18 years old and take on this role, you are considered a Young Carer.

You can be added to our Practice Carers Register, which will enable us to offer you tailored resources and assistance.
