Prescriptions

As from 1st June we are encouraging patients NOT to order prescriptions over the phone. During the Pandemic we did allow this but now things are opening up we are asking that you either join up for online services or post your prescription in the post box at the surgery

We are also asking patients to nominate a Pharmacy for their prescriptions to be sent electronically, this means that you would not have to collect from the surgery.

Acute Medication

Acute medication means that the medication that is not on repeat. This normally means that it was issued as a one off prescription or medication that needs reviewing before it is issued again. You cannot request acute medication online, please contact us through the links provided below and send us a message with the information of your acute prescription and our admin team will review and get back to you within 3 working days on how to proceed.

When requesting your medication please note it can take up to 72 hours for your medication to be sent to your Nominated Pharmacy.

How to sign up for Patient Access online service

If you wish to sign up for these facilities ask the receptionist for details of how to register and receive your registration details then follow these simple instructions.

Log on to Patient Access here and follow the on-screen instructions.

Enter your personal details in exactly the same format as on the registration form. If the information does not match, your registration will not be accepted.
